Procurement Assessment

Our goal is to help you optimize your marketing spending to secure more value for your investment. Our team will conduct a full-scale audit of your overall marketing spend – all at zero cost. We utilize our systems, expertise and resources to identify the right suppliers for each component of a project and propose a solution to save money and improve quality.

During our assessment, we will:

  • Assemble and analyze three to six months of data from invoices and supporting purchase orders that include quantity, inks, finishes, size, binding, paper, schedules and distribution instructions, including mailing lists and postal documentation.
  • Enter and categorize products into a master database.
  • Benchmark pricing and specifications against current costing using our supplier network database.
  • Compile pricing to original and optimized specifications to identify potential savings.

    Mr. Calev is passionate about serving and setting higher quality standards for clients all over the world. Utilizing his technical knowledge of presses, paper, and finishing, he masterfully engineers projects. He believes in continuous learning through mentoring and understanding of equipment capabilities. Building a strong team and sales strategy has been his priority since founding Calev Systems, where his leadership, strategy, and vision leave their print on every project.

  • DAVE TANIS, Chief Operating Officer

    With over 30 years’ experience in the print, lettershop, and distribution industry, Mr. Tanis brings his operations, mail, and distribution expertise to the team. Dave comes with a wealth of experience in the distribution and logistics industries having spent the last 16 years at ALG Worldwide Logistics as President. He was instrumental in acquiring numerous large corporate accounts, strategizing and implementing new products and services while maximizing cost efficiencies for their clients.

  • DAVE CARDONA, Chief Strategy Officer

    Mr. Cardona has led sales and business development teams to drive strategic growth and solutions for media clients and direct mail marketers in a vast array of industries. With more than 30 years in the media industry, Mr. Cardona’s extensive leadership knowledge and experience brings insight, innovative strategies, and solutions to the forefront here at Calev Systems.

  • CARLOS CUETO, VP of Sales

    Mr. Cueto brings creativity to a new level by combining processing skills and international linguistics expertise to attract multinational and corporate business developments. His extensive background in conceptual marketing, color, and print makes him a unique VP of Sales.
